He was flexible and accommodating when we asked for further viewings and showed a really good knowledge of the market and the local area. Estate agents often get bad press - not deserved in my experience.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, not only did they manage to sell really quickly, they also made sure I was kept well informed at every stage. As I live 350 miles from Ipswich now, it never once felt like I was out of the loop. And to top it off they're all lovely people to deal with & were happy to answer any questions no matter how daft they sounded !
