I would 100% recommend Oakwood. I have been very well looked after from the start, with all communications between myself and the agents being prompt and friendly. I have dealt mostly with Kaisu, who is so lovely & very helpful. They provide a feeling of tenant security which is extremely important to me.

Called in to try to sort out a problem my sister in law is experiencing with a property rented through Oakwood Property. The staff were very friendly but let down by demonstrating a reluctance to face up to what is actually needed to rectify the problem. The same fault keeps reoccurring but a cheap temporary fix is all that is carried out. In fairness this attitude is not unique to Oakwood but when rent is paid on time then it's totally unacceptable.
