I spoke with Agent on two occasions. Very disappointed First one said the property I am talking about do not exist is at different place and address but information says clearly Portland road. Second lady i spoke to said she will send me email set up viewing at that property on Portland road. They never get back to me whatever. They very unpleasant over the phone. Someone need to look in to it.

I've chosen South Norwood as an area to invest in property due to excellent transport links, and have used several estate agents sometimes to my disgust but can honestly say that David and his team at Northwoods, which I use for buying, selling and lettings, are the only estate agent I've found to be entirely honest and by far the most decent professionals anywhere. David who genuinely is a decent respectable gentleman goes above and beyond, nothing is ever too much trouble, very knowledgeable and very reasonable with his fees and such good personality.
