With Moginie James' No Deposit Option, tenants can opt to pay a small monthly fee in lieu of a deposit. In return, Moginie James will indemnify your property for up to 7 weeks' rent - that's more than the traditional deposit we usually take (usually monthly rental plus 100). In line with HM Government advice, it is strongly recommended that tenants have insurance cover in place when renting a property.
