My husband and I popped into the Ashtons office and spoke with a lovely lady named Robin. She had a great knowledge of each area within York and really took the time to understand our (very) specific needs. We both commented when we left how great she was with the information she provided. The best estate agents in York by far! The whole team, in particular Robyn were brilliant from start to finish. My elderly mother bought through Ashtons, she was incredibly nervous/naive about the process having not bought a property for over 40 years. Robyn showed her the property she ended up buying, she was by far, the most professional, patient and knowledgeable estate agent we had met over the 3 months of looking and I'm glad we ended up buying with Ashtons. Would highly recommend buying or selling with this estate agents.

Without Ashtons we wouldn't of been able to move home, they valued our house higher than the other agents which gave us enough money to buy the house we wanted. The whole process was handled very professionally and we got the asking price from a cash buyer.
