I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. They rented out my property without properly checking the tenants credit history and failed to manage my property responsibly. The tenants ended up not paying rent for a long period and left significant damages upon vacating. To make matters worse, no deposit was taken, leaving me with no means to cover the repairs. Attempts to contact the agent were equally frustratingmost calls were not returned. I would strongly advise caution if you are considering using their services.

Amazing from start to finish. Our house sale was handled by Aaron and Boski. They were both approachable, friendly, easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. At no point did we have to chase anything up. Aaron visited our home to carry out a valuation, once we gave the go ahead to list with BM Estates, he came out the same day to take photos and the sale went live online that same evening. Aaron messaged us within minutes of listing to inform us that early interest had been generated.

Both Aaron and Boski presented us with options for viewing days and times in a coherent and considerate manner. Aaron did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and highlighting the benefits of the property. Communication, where required was frequent and well positioned. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that things moved along efficiently and we were able to secure multiple offers and an agreed sale within days. BM Estates fees are also far more reasonable then any of the other five estate agents that we were quoted by.

Both local and nationally recognised brands. BM Estates also valued the house at a significantly higher guide price than others and secured a sale for that amount. Very pleased that we used BM Estates and would only ever deal with them in future. Being local, they have a strong understanding of the local market and history. Everything was seamless and faultless. Cannot recommend them enough.

Outstanding service, every member of staff that we dealt with were superb. They ensured our purchase went smoothly and efficiently. Communication was 5 star, and made our experience of buying our first home very easy. Minesh helped us when we first viewed the house he was very knowledgable and friendly. Aaran was brilliant, he went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful, highly recommend.

Tried to book viewing, given all the details but no one has call back. This is 3rd time I have experienced the same level of service. Very poor service. After review, got a call from their office on 27th January, just to verify I am real viewer, again fake promise to call back on 28th Jan but no one has call back. And by the way I am not Abdullah that's why u can't find me in your system. I am genuine buyer, looking for property in the area.

Non-compliant estate agent.they are so untrustworthy, its all about lining his pockets, leases are so open to error and dont protect the tenant as it should at least give the tenant his or her standard rights if nothing else. found out in court it was the agents fault not the landlord. estate agent cannot be trusted deposit money is not safe in hands of agent rude and terrible service

Agent undermines any agreement with owners or potential Tennant's by saying anything to get job done, and refutes any claims made by anyone on reviews by saying your names not in our database which is wrong and in person he simply puts the fault on the other party. Agents a snake and is very untrustworthy and should be given a lot of thought before using, as anything or everything will be retracted leaving agent to be faultless. Would never use again. Worst experience ever Very rude if things turn sour
