The best estate agents we have worked with. James and his team were helpful, friendly and transparent throughout the entire buying process. Responded to emails quickly and just generally made the whole process as easy and hassle-free as possible from their side - extremely refreshing given past experience with other 'big name' agents on the high street. Would highly recommend if buying or selling to use Maalems. We certainly will if the need arises.

We bought a flat that was being marketed by James at Maleems at the end of last year. He was professional and helpful throughout the (not so easy) process. While obviously his role was to represent the seller, as buyers we were really impressed with the way he handled the process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone we knew was selling.

James was superb with me, in a rather elongated flat purchase that I've just completed through Maalems. He firstly, is a really nice guy, and a pleasure to work with. Secondly, he worked so hard in the background to keep things moving along, and to keep everyone happy. He's incredibly professional and patient, and more than anything, really fair and honest.

He's the exact opposite of the negatively stereotyped estate agent in fact. He's not just after a quick, but really does the right things, in an equitable way, for all parties concerned. I will definitely sell through Maalems, as and when I'm ready to move again. Top man!

These guys have the worst customer service ever! You can never get through to the person you need to speak to because 'they are always on the other line', and then never call you back. It does not matter how many messages you leave. So you have to hope that the person you need to speak to answers the phone. When you finally get through to the right person and ask for something to get done it takes ages.

They never send an email confirming that it will get done, even if you ask (Which I have resorted to because of how difficult it is to get through). They did not even give us two sets of keys when we signed for the apartment. They told us that we need to make a copy of the one they gave us and then bring them a receipt for it to get our money back. They are the first estate agents I have had to use, and if all other estate agents are like this then the industry needs some fixing.
