All the staff at Clarke's are amazing! They have worked tirelessly to get my house sold, they've helped us through numerous 'issues', and chased other agents, buyers and solicitors to get the job done. Went to Clarkes, Winton initially for a property evaluation, and right from the start was such a pleasant experience and very understanding. An appointment was made to view my property with Alex. Amazing first impression. Turned up on time, polite and respected our house hold. Even though we wanted just an initial evaluation Alex was professional and curtious. Took an interested in our house and in fact us.

He had a great insight to the local area and values of property around the area. Exceptional legal knowledge, which has given us a good footing to start the selling process. We are just considering to sell, but we will definitely be selling with Clarkes, Winton. Was a pleasure and we highly recommend them

This review is a bit late but none the less its been my intention to write it from when i recieved my keys way back in feb 2021, in short i owe the entire Team at Clarks the biggest Thankyou for everything they did in completing my sale and purchase, i now have the perfect wee bungalow i have always wanted, the area is new to me bh10 i was previously bh4 for almost 30 years had i known how lovely it is here then perhaps id have been here earlier however theres a time and a place for everything, my times now and i could not be more happy, gratefull and contended, It was the property manager and all the team at Clarks that made this happen for me.
