We have purchased a house in Wales with what I can only say was a nightmare. Thankfully, we had Kelly to help smooth the very rough road we went through. Kelly was amazing in everything she did for us. She kept us up to date on every aspect of the sale and purchase. Kelly answered every question we had and contacted all the people she needed to to keep us in the loop. Totally worth the money.

Kelly & Caroline were fantastic from the get-go. Always gave updates without having to chase them to find out what is happening. Felt that they were on my side and not just trying to get a quick sale. Very pro-active and professional. Would use again if ever the time came to it.

Sold my Flat with W&W end of 2021, dealt with several of the staff there over time and all were responsive, on time, professional and took extra time to consider how I felt through the process, especially at the very end when it almost fell through and became very stressful. Special thumbs up to Harrison @ Park Gate and Kelly @ Whiteley who both helped out accordingly and were excellent with their customer service skills.
