Established in 1989 by brothers Louis and Dave. Our first office was opened on Derby Lane, Old Swan, where we began as a small letting agency determined to make our mark on the Liverpool Property Market by doing things differently. Due to business expansion we relocated the business to 1 Stanley Street in Liverpool City Centre and branched out into the estate agency.

As a result of the continuous growth of the private rental sector we expanded into block management. Andrew Louis won the Your Move aEoeBest Estate Agency AwardaE and in the same year introduced the unique online portals for landlords.
