My partner had an absolutely dreadful experience. Vastly undervalued her house to the tune of 30,000 for a quick sale. This seems to be a trend if you look on Rightmove at the prices of current properties he's selling compared to other agents. Sold it in a few weeks for a LOT more with another agent. A lot of hot air, promises and not much delivered. Spends his time bad mouthing other estate agents and is generally a rude person who does not put the customer first. He'd rather get a quick sale than get the right price for a property. Let's face it, it's much less time and effort for him that way. Would avoid at all costs.

I have not had to deal with an estate agent for many years. So I am new to how it works, but I am sure Becky went over and above her role, in the sale of my house, to knock my door to ask how I am feeling? due to a problem with the sale. Have used Fields for both sale and house purchases always excellent service. They also manage a property for us and my mother rents from them. Again excellent service - mum really appreciated her heating being fixed on a Saturday and her shower today. Thank you to all involved. Special nod to Adam, Dean and Paul, also Adam's mum! Recently just given up my second property that I've rented off them in the last 7 years. First was was in Telford in 2014 for a year and recently a cottage in Blymhill for 2 years. Can't fault them, always professional and follow up any issues with properties. If I ever move back to the Telford area in the future, they will be the first agents I search with.
