Very disappointed to have requested a valuation through the website and never heard anything. Called today as hadn't had a response. Got through to a Lettings member who just said 'no one was in sales at the moment' I stated I was looking to book a valuation, no effort was made to take my details or suggest she got someone to call me back. I asked if I should try later in that case and was told 'yeah if that's alright' but not told when sales would be available. very unfriendly and unhelpful especially when I wanted to use them to sell my home.

Our first impression of this estate agent was OK but not great. When we first viewed the property we ended up purchasing the estate agent didn't seem overly engaged or knowledgeable about the property; it seemed that they were only interested in telling us that there was already an offer on the house. However, after that experience, I believe we dealt with someone else for putting in the offer and liaising for everything else, which was a much better process. Wood and Pilcher were generally friendly and responsive throughout. They remained engaged throughout the whole process which was reassuring and made the process a little less nerve-wracking.

Very pleased with Wood & Pilcher's support during a move under pressure. Mark set up the transaction and was very helpful in getting our buyer under way in these difficult times. Both Mark and Lynn (progress chaser) kept us well informed and we did not have to chase progress ourselves as in the past. Special thanks to Lynn. If we needed information they got it.
