We have always invested heavily in advertising in press and highlighting properties on the major portals to reach the largest pool of buyers and ensure we agree sales quickly at the best price. So when lockdown happened in march of 2020 and video walk through tours became of huge importance, we knew we had to not only get on board, but lead the way.In recent months we have been achieving sales at an average 103% of asking price, this is down to showing the homes on our books to their best potential.
