Ian Williams and Colin Donovan have been firm friends since childhood and started the company in Hockley in 1999. In 2014 we opened our Benfleet sales and lettings office and we are proud to have been nominated by our customers for our outstanding customer service by being shortlisted in the ESTAS estate agents awards.

Colin opened Williams and Donovan in Hockley in 1999 with his school friend Ian Williams after a career in the city and working for a large independent estate agent and then Countrywide Property.
