About to arrange a viewing for a house. They decided to increase the property value by another 40,000. They are either rubbish at valuations or just trying it on. Bunch of cowboys. Edit: Like I said I was about to call you to arrange a viewing. Lucky I checked Rightmove before I called. Wouldn't want my details on your system with the way you price properties. Buyers and sellers beware. What's to discuss when you increased the property in Whitley by 40,000? Are you saying you DIDN'T increase it from 380,000 to 420,000? See screenshots below.
