Rang 2 times to try and organise a viewing for a commercial unit each time I was told that someone would return my call which they did not Let's face it the commercial market especially is dead at present so it's not that your ran of your feet I feel for the gentleman trying to sell there property through you very unprofessional

Templeton Robinson is by far the most professional estate agents I've ever dealt with. Everything from moving in to dealing with any issues promptly during the tenancy and even after we left. We got our deposit back in a timely way with no issues and have even had help from Marie-Anna when I realised I had an issue (my own fault) months after leaving the flat. Really lucky to have been with this agency!

After a bad experience with another agent we went with TR despite being told not to by an independent Agent. 3yrs later, no sale, numerous mistakes and miscommunication, booking and feedback on wrong house! Sorry I didn't listen, time wasted! Gone elsewhere now so

Told us our house application had been accepted for weeks just to turn around and say the house had been given to someone else, just 3 days before we moved out of our old house! Now the wife, the kids and I have had to move into my mother's 3 bed (at least the rents cheaper )

We rented a flat in Belfast city center through Belfast Lisburn Rd branch. The agent, Keith was very quick and efficient, and we moved in rather quickly as the paper work was very fast. The place appeared to be extremely noisy due to its location nearby several major pubs one of which has a licence to operate till 3am. We paid the relevant fee to break the contract and put the flat back on the market. Keith, again, was very responsive and found someone to take over our lease rather quickly. Although our experience was not all flowers and rainbows we would recommend Keith for his efficiency and responsiveness, and we would gladly work with him again, in the future.
