Applicants must be over the age of 25 years old, in full time employment and have a good credit history. Generally pets aren't allowed but will be considered on a case by case basis. If pets are allowed the rent per month will increase by 25 above the figure advertised. All applicants are required by law to provide appropriate photo identification such as driving licence or passport which are currently in date.

I have used many rental agents and have never felt compelled to write any of them a positive review until now. Smith's were excellent. They came out to the property quickly, got it online quickly, found a tenant and did all the paperwork efficiently. I received the remainder of the first month's rent on the day the tenant moved in. Their fee was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.
