It was set up initially to manage the large number of residential estates that were planned for the area, at one point managing over 2000 properties, comprised on some forty five different residential estates. The estate management business is now handled by its subsidiary company, Mountpoint Limited - formed in 1994.

Property Matters (Docklands) Limited have been managing residential property since 1988. By 1999, the Company were managing over 2000 properties comprised on some 45 different residential estates located in and around London Docklands and beyond. In 1999, this portfolio was assigned to another company and, as a condition of the transfer, PM Docklands were unable to provide Estate Management Services for a period of 5 years.
