Richard became a member of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1968 and is a past regional chairman He is a Licensed Fellow of the Association and expects the very highest professional standards at all times indeed as required by the Association. James has over 25 years' experience in the local property market and has been at Richard Poyntz and Co since 2000 becoming a partner in 2003. He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Letting Agents.
