Critical: Responsiveness We had a schedule of viewings across the area and these were the least responsive agents we dealt with. Calls not returned and an appointment missed despite arranging a time that suited the agent.

We used this well known Sidmouth Estate Agent to assist us in finding a suitable flat for our daughter close to the town centre. This they managed to do very quickly and we are now at the stage of being very close to Exchange of Contracts. They were at all times very professional, knowledgeable on both the market and the local area, friendly and supportive at all stages and in particular kept us informed at all key points of the purchase process, always reliable in what they said they would do, they achieved in a very timely manner.
The person who was assigned as our focal point was Ben, whose attributes were those of a first class Estate Agent as was his support team in the office. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends as well as to the general public.

After several months of looking for the right property for us we were fortunate enough to find it with Ben at Redferns. As is often the case nothing is ever straight forward, however Ben was always patient, polite and extremely helpful given difficult circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
