Drove from Belfast to Derry for my girlfriend to view a property. Was running 10 mins late and emailed to inform the office of our small delay. Arrived at the property and after a short time rang up the office. The agent told the office he waiting till 12.15 before leaving (had our mobile number and could have easly called us) Although we arrived 12.10 on the dot.
The office told us he had his lunch break soon and would ring us back after to arrange a time (knowing we had driven 90 mins for the viewing). We never revived another phone call from the office or agent! Very poor customer service and respect for your customer. Kind regards, Matthew
