Marco in particular, was very attentive, clear on all communications, professional, and extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Patricia was also super helpful, always available to answer any and all questions, providing clear information and next steps. The process with Liaisons was transparent, simple and fast - the best experience I've had thus far, with any real estate agents in the UK.

Personally haven't had the best experience with this agency. I was completely misled and lied to by the letting manager Marco Law. Understand if there's other offers at the property but didn't even give the opportunity and lied through and through. Wouldn't recommend

Unfortunately the lettings agent i dealt with wasn't the most transparent, which resulted in me missing out on a flat that I really wanted. Never really sure what the exact process was, but i was told i had to submit an offer. Next thing i know, someone was paying a deposit on the place. I would've gladly paid the deposit at any time had they actually requested it. Overall, bad experience, too vague in their processes and very unreliable.

I worked with Justin over the course of a year during a very difficult time to sell in London. He persisted with us and held my hand through a very very difficult conveyancing process. He was enthusiastic and energetic. Presented incredibly well and remained calm when things were really difficult. He was very committed and I would happily recommend him.

I recently bought a property in Limehouse, the sale being facilitated by Justin. Obviously I got to know many agents out there whom I can't trust with buying me a coffee from Nero. I'm sure Justin wants to get paid too, but he impressed me with his knowledge base and professionalism. Especially for a first time buyer like myself, he was of great help and also represented very well the seller from what I can figure. Each situation is different, for me it worked out great and I would wholeheartedly recommend Justin's services!
