When I owned my property. They got me nice tenants. On phoning them as the tenants paid rent to them to pay me. Payne & Co was keeping the money according to the tenants. Even t they were paid. I was not getting paid. The rent that was due. Con artist's this Estate agency. I do not recommend.

I have had my flat rented through Payne & Co for coming up 4-years. The team have alway been very professional and look after both the landlord and tenant to a high standard. I love working with Colin and Graham who keep in regular contact and lets me know if there are any problem or issues that need dealing with. I highly recommend working with Payne & Co.
