Communication was good and he was always willing to take many calls and do extra viewings when needed. Enquired about a property via monarch last year and had an excellent experience. They knew exactly what I was looking for after my brief and made the whole process so manageable with my busy schedule and worked around me and got the brief spot on with the recommendations they sent me. It didn't go through but I strongly recommend monarch, not only do they give great service they know the market, give honest opinions and cover everything even things I didn't even think about or realise when buying a property.
