Caroline has 29 years experience in the housing industry. Caroline joined ML Estates in 1996 as a young and eager employee.

ML Estates celebrated 25 years of successful trading. We continue to offer high quality service in both the sales and rental market and continue to be Seaton Valley's number one Estate Agent. Caroline took over as sole owner of ML Estates to ensure the level of customer service was not compromised and that 'personal touch' that the company is respected for continued. In 2006 Caroline Sewell took over the business with partner Michelle Blight following Margaret's retirement to continue building on its success.
