Morgan Seabrook is truly amazing, she took over the management of my property and she is handling it efficiently and with such empathy. She is always on the ball chasing everything that needs arranging and sorting. She is proactive and you are always guaranteed a quick response from her which is always reassuring. She goes above and beyond her job and is honest and thorough. If she is managing your property you will be in good hands.

I liaised with Jenna at the East Finchley branch as I searched for a new home. Jenna is a great listener and you never feel rushed when explaining your requirements to her. She is patient, highly professional and dedicated to helping you find that special place that you will be able to call home. Block Management: We have had an awful experience with MG block management. Their systems are a total shambles and staff very unhelpful. After several personnel changes during the pandemic, the service completely disappeared. After one year of hassling them regularly we still don't have a simple statement of accounts for our block. (It can't be more than 25 line items to look after.) To add insult to injury, they appear to have lost the keys to the property and also forgot to pay the taxes (for which we were fined) They accidentally let on that our funds were not segregated and even decided to charge us for overseeing work they never oversaw. Despite calling constantly to draw a line under our relationship and have the balance of our funds returned, they refuse to acknowledge or return phone calls.
