Elliot Purcell was the agent who helped me buy my first property. He was incredibly personable, always kept me in the loop and did what he could to ensure things kept moving. I was grateful for all of Elliot's efforts; if it wasn't for him, the sale would not have happened. I would have no hesitation in using Time2Move and working with Elliot again when buying/selling a property!

He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with which made the process very smooth. Communication channels were always open so we knew what was going on at all times. This shady leasing office rented me a faulty flat a few years ago, numerous problems. The shower drain wasn't connected, which flooded the flat below me. A wrong component was used to connect the boiler, which almost caused a fire. On top of that, there was a clear problem with the electricity, it was upwards of 10-15 a day, no matter if everything was turned off. In fact one of my neighbors was in the process of taking them to court over it. You can see from other reviews they steal money and refuse to fix problems. Avoid at all cost

I have been using T2M for some years now as a purchaser and as a landlord. I have found them to be professional, supportive and a great asset. As a purchaser they have been forthcoming with the information that I have needed which has proven to be very helpful, especially Chantel and Jamie. With regards to the letting of my property, I have them as the Management Agent and quite honestly do not know what I would have done without Ramaine.

She has been a solid support and has ensured that all works undertaken have been done in a reasonable time and has organised all of the liaison required to ensure that all has ran smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending T2M to anyone.
