We are observing social distancing and ask clients to only visit the office if this is the only way they can conduct their business with Hobdays. If you are returning contracts/paperwork we ask if this can be put through the letter box rather than come into the office. Our staff will advise you which of our clients will require you to wear a mask when making the appointment initially. Our objective is to ensure that all clients, both corporate and individuals receive the highest standard of service at all times.
Meet The Staff

Andrew started working as an estate agent in 1983. He has worked for several independents and corporate estate agents and took ownership of Hobdays Estate Agents in 2000. Having worked in the industry for many years Andrew has experienced all aspects of the market and has the knowledge and experience to deal with these ever changing conditions.

Hobdays letting and management division has successfully complimented the sales team for many years. Whether it is your principal home that you wish to let or if you are fortunate enough to have investment properties, choosing the right agent is crucial. We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and this has proved very successful. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme thus ensuring we adhere to a code of practice.
Tenant Fees

Listed below are all fees you as a tenant will be liable for prior to letting a property from Hobdays. Holding Fee- 250 - This is deducted from the first months' rent upon a tenancy commencing. If the tenants fail to occupy the property due to the fault of the tenant(s) then a admin fee of 250.00 becomes payable.
