We are observing social distancing and ask clients to only visit the office if this is the only way they can conduct their business with Hobdays. If you are returning contracts/paperwork we ask if this can be put through the letter box rather than come into the office. Our staff will advise you which of our clients will require you to wear a mask when making the appointment initially. Listed below are all fees you as a tenant will be liable for prior to letting a property from Hobdays. Holding Fee- 250 - This is deducted from the first months' rent upon a tenancy commencing. If the tenants fail to occupy the property due to the fault of the tenant(s) then a admin fee of 250.00 becomes payable.
