An unprofessional or novice estate agent, called before our viewing appointment to ensure we could afford the house we wished to view. She had obviously forgotten about the mortgage in principal and investment statement we had emailed a week earlier. She arrived late for the viewing, did not introduce herself and was clearly in a rush to get it over with. Thankfully, we found our new home through another agent, qualified and interested in assisting us all the way through the process. Our fault really - we should have read the reviews on your agency.
