I sold my property with JDM and by chance, bought through JDM as well and have to say they were fantastic from beginning to end. I spoke to a lot of estate agents in the area and found most to be like dodgy car sales people, but not JDM. The entire team at the Bromley office were professional and always updated me as much as they could through my sale/purchase.

By the end of my selling/purchasing journey I pretty much knew everyone there by name, and they knew me. They were amazing! We were first time buyers so for us everything was new and there was a lot we didn't understand. They were all incredible but particularly Kelly at the Bromley branch. We had the most difficult solicitors (one of the worst they have dealt with apparently) and Kelly was incredible through out. Quick to reply and always going the extra mile to help when we faced an obstacle.

We can't speak highly enough of the JDM team in facilitating our purchase. It should have been straightforward with no chain and no mortgage involved. The vendor and, possibly more importantly, his solicitor made It anything but straightforward. At times JDM staff seemed to be doing the solicitor's job for them in providing necessary documents, while chivvying the vendor. We needed to complete on 7 January for personal reasons. In the end, largely thanks to JDM, we exchanged contracts and completed with four hours to spare.

FANTASTIC TEAM AT JDM BROMLEY! Myself and my partner decided to take the plunge and buy our first home. We found a house that seemed perfect for us listed on Rightmove via JDM Bromley. Setting up a property viewing was easy and we immediately knew that it was the house for us. Once we'd decided to put in an offer, we liaised with Chloe from JDM, who was so friendly, she talked us through every step, came back to us within minutes with answers and seemed genuinely happy for us when our offer was accepted.

From there forward we primarily dealt with Kelly, who has been nothing short of amazing! The process of purchasing the house dragged on FAR longer than we'd hoped due to problems higher up in the chain. Kelly made it her mission to find out who was causing the delay, chased them on a daily basis, took matters above their head if needed and touched base with us regularly throughout, even if there wasn't much of an update to give.

As first time buyers, that meant a lot to us as a little reassurance goes a long way. We can definitely recommend JDM having had a 10/10 experience selling our home with them. We certainly did our homework having had five estate agents come round to value the property. From the moment we met Jeremy when he came to value our property, until we dropped off the keys for the new owner, we felt very supported and valued. The thing we really appreciated from the start was the sense of honesty from Jeremy and his team.

JDM recently sold my house in Bromley and I could not have been more impressed with the service. The staff at JDM were all helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional throughout the entire sales process. It has been many years since I have sold a house and I had forgotten that getting an offer is just the start of the process. Offers and potential buyers need to be properly vetted and evaluated so that the best (and most suitable) offer is negotiated - which is precisely what JDM achieved. Then, the sale needs to be managed so that all parties are kept informed and the process goes smoothly. JDM were always on hand to take my calls and always responded to emails promptly, offering advice and information. The team at JDM made the whole process very easy (and stress-free!) and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We sold our house through JDM Bromley and found the Sales & Marketing team to be extremely professional and helpful. A big thank you to Lizzie, Genevieve, Kelly & Chloe. Our experience with the Sales Progression team, however, was quite disappointing. The communication was poor, we felt pressured with frequent completion deadlines, in what is already a stressful process. The Sales Progression team would do well to learn from their colleagues in Sales and Marketing.
