Our services begin with an initial home visit by one of our Property Managers to assess its suitability for letting. Once we have verified their position we agree terms and a tenancy start date agreeable to both tenant and landlord. Hutton Parker is registered with UKALA as part of the Client Money Protection Scheme. The certificate is displayed in the office and on the Hutton Parker website in the footer or can be viewed here. In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, applicants must enter into the tenancy agreement (sign the agreement within 15 calendar days) or the holding deposit can be withheld, and the property re-advertised. It is therefore advised that your full group are in a position to sign all paperwork and the tenancy agreements within the 15 calendar days.
