Everything was organised efficiently from measuring up, producing the brochure, advertising effectively, managing viewings, through to final sale. At all times I was kept fully informed of progress, and provided with answers to any queries I had. Arranged to pick up keys with Lauren to view a property, when i went in they declared it was for yesterday (Tuesday) at 12.30 and the keys were not here now, considering i rang at 12.09 on Tuesday to book for wednesday that was definitely wrong, she did not even apologize. When i rang later the manager - Jill immediately started off in a cheeky voice 'are you ringing to complain about a member of my staff when we were doing you a favour' needless to say i would not do business with the Ballyclare which is a pity for the vendors of the house which i was very interested in.
