As someone completely new to the area and not having used an estate agents for many years, I was really impressed with how helpful and welcome Felicity J Lord made us and in particular Jessica Edmondson who listened to what we wanted and subsequently found us ideal properties to view. She was professional but friendly and I would certainly recommend using Jessica to purchase a property in Canary Wharf and the surrounding area.

Chantelle Dooher was truly amazing to deal with. She was diligent and her manner on the phone was very professional. She got me in to view the property asap and it was a very smooth process thereafter. Even after me signing for the property but then having to pull out due to finding an alternative, she was still very understanding. I recommend this agent - the landlord decided to change the agent during my tenancy agreement to Felicity J Lord. I was happy with this change- everything went smoothly and FJL were always happy to help. Now I moved out and the whole check out process was also seamless and in a very friendly atmosphere - with Lucy and Chantelle arranging the viewings and Matthew being very helpful when completing the check out process and return of my deposit (refunded in full). Great service, definitely better than many agents in London.
