The company was established at our Poynton office in 1983 by Chartered Surveyor, Michael Hart FRICS. Michael already had extensive experience of professional property services in the South Manchester area and was able to offer the benefits of this to clients up to his retirement. Our Bollington office was opened in 1990, where Andrew Hart B.Eng(Hons), DipSurv, MRICS is based.

Andrew, with an engineering background, achieved professional surveying qualifications and now also has extensive experience of property related matters.

Deposit: Normally one month's rent, but may be up to five weeks' rent, less the 100 holding deposit paid at time of application. Payment of up to 50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement and the change is agreed by your landlord. Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate for rent more than 14 days overdue.
