Scriven & Co are members of team, a network of independently owned estate agents in the UK. Team agents operate a property-sharing system whereby all agents have access to the comprehensive, up to the minute information on every property on the network. This is combined with agreed split commission arrangements that incentivise all member firms to do their utmost on behalf of the seller.

In other words, a multi-agency service for a sole agency fee. The team multi-branch network enables Scriven & Co and the other member firms to deliver a high level of service.

Gordon is the longest serving employee of the company having joined in 1977. Initially working in sales and property management, which included the management of markets within Shopping Centres up and down the country, Gordon now solely works in Residential Lettings & Management. Gordon is a fellow member of ARLA and has been a director of the firm since 2007.
