Never be pressured into signing a lengthy sole agency agreement. They benefit no one but the letting agent. If an agent offers you a discount fee in return for giving them exclusivity, a 2 week notice period to change this is more than reasonable. By law, if you instruct an agent to market your property anywhere other than their business premises, you have the right to change your mind within 7 days.

We have just finished the purchase of a property where Cosway have been handling the sale. From start to finish Mark at Cosway has been absolutely fantastic. His calm and open approach to dealing with our day-to-day requests made the whole process so much easier. We felt kept in the loop throughout and found the process to be really collaborative.
I can't recommend Cosway (and Mark in particular) enough. Whilst we hope to be in the property for many years to come, were we to sell tomorrow there is no doubt in my mind that I would want Mark involved.

Scott, Mark and the staff were the most incredible, helpful and professional team of estate agents we have used. The kept us up to date every step of the way with the sale of our house. I was renting with Cosway for over 3 years and they did a fantastic job with excellent communication and right level of support. Subsequently, I was looking to buy and went with over 10 estate agents to purchase a property. Cosway was very helpful and showed houses whilst guiding us as per our requirement. After many houses not meeting our expectations, we found our house in which we are living now.
