We bought property from the Kew branch of the Featherstone Leigh estate agency. Prue Semba and Jo O'Sullivan were very kind and helpful. They provided lots of advice, helped us to secure the property that we liked. The purchase process went smoothly, was fair and transparent. We are very grateful, especially since it was our first purchase of property in the UK.

I have both bought a flat sold by Featherstone Leigh and witnessed sales of flats in my block of flats by them and they give buyers false information. Shameful! They also contacted me six months after I bought my flat with the sales completed and asked me how the sale was going (we had exchanged six months before!)

Great service received when selling our new flats in Kew earlier this year. The team engaged with us productively at an early stage to help with details such as finishes and specifications which helped make the flats appealing to buyers. All flats sold efficiently during the pandemic which is a great outcome. We found the team to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout, especially Jo and Prue. Prue Semba has been absolutely fantastic to work with! We needed to find a long term rental property fast and after a short conversation, she understood exactly what we as a family needed. The very next day she showed us 4 excellent options in one day so we were able to have the lease agreed to the place we loved the most by the time we got home. I would highly recommend!
