Urgency does not matter even with faulty heaters and doors with kids in house even. Repairs take multiple chasers.

Chose this Estate Agent to rent my first private home and it is the best choice i made. Since i moved in Sept '20 they have made it easy and a pleasure to deal with, any issues they or I have had have been worked out quickly, efficiently and everyone I have dealt with has been attentive to my needs. Responses are always made within the hour by e-mail and calls answered first time when calling the office.
If it's your first time or any time renting or buying a new home choose these guys, this is who will be handling my first property purchase next year when I get on the ladder and i'm looking forward to it.

Rented my property using them as for management. No inspections were done for over 18 months. Tenant left the house in a state and no support given to sort out informed it was up to me to address. Terrible service and attitude. You have been warned - look elsewhere.
