I would avoid this company at all cost, they are untrusting and their only concern is ensuring that they receive their tenants money on time. Any issues they are not interested in whatsoever!

Critical: Professionalism I lost my property after the locks being changed, i was 3 weeks late and the message was we can use a previous court order from 5 months previous yet they told the council i was there another 6 months so got a council tax bill for time not there!

The level of costumers service - poor. Boiler braked down, told me to stay home between 8am and 12pm to wait engineers And once i contact landlord - he confirmed time been todl to agency was 12pm-6pm for engineers visit. Disappointed as i left work for it and loose shift money! Had few more situations when agents not honest with their responsibilities. With this agency 3years now, but time by time more disappointed.
