As a tenant, once you paid holding deposit, the communication has been so slow and I feel being ignored all the time. We have passed our reference check several weeks ago, and I kept asking when will we get the contract signed. It's so frustrating that you having a full time job and still have to chase them again and again - but not getting any responses. The experience has gone down the hill.

Sadly forgot the name of the lady with blonde hair who tool me for viewings in her audio but had a fantastic attitude and knew her stuff and was able to answer and ll my questions which was refreshing and a relief and showed as professional. Can honestly recommend this place.

As a tenant we had a terrible experience with Cound. They only replied to extremely urgent emails after several days, they were rude to speak to on the phone, and generally very unhelpful. Would absolutely avoid.
