We were very happy with the professional service of Coopers Lettings. We have been dealing with Olivia who was always very hepful and friendly. Our own house had been rented out to another family before relocating here and it was very important to us to find a place that would feel like home. The process of finding, viewing the new house, going through the paperwork was smooth from the start to the end. Olivia and her team including Matthew and Molly have covered all aspects and answered all questions. All that was left to us was to collect the keys, unpack and enjoy the new home. This is our first time renting in 26 years, we sold our house in Derby and tried to find a wheelchair accessible property. We found a property online but we were beaten by someone else by an hour. 2 weeks later we received a call out of the blue from Olivia at Coopers to say that the property had become available again and gave us the opportunity to visit the property.
