Wednesday afternoon 23rd March a house was put on the market that my partner and I were interested in. That evening we sent an email to Eric Clarke stating our interest and made a full offer the seller was asking, even though we hadn't viewed the property. This was followed up the following morning reiterating our interest and again made the offer. This was rejected by the agency as we couldn't make an offer without viewing the property first.

I then asked for a viewing as soon as possible as we didn't want to lose out on this property only again to be turned away as they hadn't arranged anything with the vendor to make such arrangements and it would be the following week before anything can be arranged. So, how is it, this property has been sold by Friday 25th March if viewings can't be arranged?

Eric Clarke have just completed the sale of my property in Farnworth. From the initial valuation meeting through to the marketing and subsequent sale of the property I have been kept informed and updated on a regular basis. The house had been under offer three times previously. When each of these offers failed for various reasons Karen was on the case promptly to help secure a buyer and eventual sale. A realistic valuation and a professional service. Very pleased.
