Pretty on the outside, Vial to the core. Personally never met a more self-centered, rude bunch of people in my life. Little interest for anything apart from taking cash and putting it in their pocket. Stay well away, if you're looking for anything close to a genuine experience. I see you like to come back with ''we can't find your name on our system''. I can firmly assure you won't find my name on your system as I'd never use you if you were the last letting agent on Earth. Being kind is free.

Kiera and Ellie were both very professional and knowledgeable. From first meeting to discuss selling our property to handling viewings and completing on our property they kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We never had to chase for info or updates. Very happy with their service.

Hackney and Leigh have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish throughout the purchase of our first house. In particular, Ellie was brilliant. From the offer process through to sorting out issues with solicitors, Hackney and Leigh offered an extremely efficient service. Any queries by either email or phone were answered promptly in a friendly and professional manner. Our house sale had a few issues which with the help of H & L were chased up when required and Ellie was aways there with a helping hand. I would thoroughly recommend using Hackney and Leigh in Kendal as an Estate Agent and can't sing their praises highly enough.

I have sold many properties and every time have ended up frustrated by poor estate agents and aggrieved at their fee for doing very little. Not so on this occasion, Hackney and Leigh have been brilliant. They were prompt, helpful and courteous throughout the process. The property description was excellent and we had lots of viewings- which they managed for us, so we never had to be in or meet potential clients. We expected to have a protracted sale but they sold it effectively within 2 weeks. Can't recommend them highly enough and I'm almost sorry that I have nothing else to sell.

The Estate agents were easy to deal with, and quick to organise a tenancy. They were thorough in their inspection of the property. The only thing if I'm being fussy, was that the professional clean done before tenancy was not very good. This isn't really the fault of the estate agent though and more to do with the contractor. I had a problem with the floor and within a week it was dealt with and sorted. All good so far, would be happy to use them again.
