Camden Bus have worked tirelessly on our flat sale throughout the difficult pandemic period. We were impressed with Gary's enthusiasm and eye for detail and knew we wanted him to be showing perspective buyers around. We also appreciated his honesty and reasoning behind the valuation given, a marked contrast from other agents who appeared to be giving an artificially high figure just to get you signed up. Gary was very communicative throughout the process and never difficult to get hold of.

Having spoken to Gary from Camden Bus a few times over the years about selling our property, we always knew that we would want him to do so when we finally got around to it. Camden Bus were faultless from start to finish and always available whenever I had a question or concern. Totally professional, never without a solution to a problem, and really great people to deal with. If you are in their catchment area, they have to be your first choice.

After first trying the 'no-estate' agent route without success, we realised that we needed help and chose Camden Bus because of their obvious and long term local knowledge and experience. Gary and Charles took the entire burden away from us but kept us completely involved with every step and provided a fantastic service. We were able to achieve a quick sale and Gary and Charles gave ongoing advice and guidance through the contracts phase. We appointed Camden Bus after we had been on the market with a rival high street agent for three months without any success. Within two days Gary had achieved us a full asking price offer. We couldn't recommend Gary and Charles enough. They are professional, friendly and know how to 'sell' a property. Rather than just "showing" the flat they actively sold it to prospective buyers which is often lost these days. Their local knowledge is exceptional. Fantastic job, excellent result and wonderful people.
