Terrible service. They are not doing anything! I sent messages about problem with house several times but received no reaction. I used both online repair reporting system and email, but anyway I got nothing. They seem to be having a good time.

We were very glad we chose Barnard Cook to sell our property as they were very helpful and professional throughout. All other agents we encountered and spoke to were ok. Just watch out for one particular agent named Patricia who was very unprofessional and unresponsive during the last days of our tenancy. She basically stopped communicating and resfused to speak to us when we were politely asking for some important matters after our tenancy ended. On top of that she even tried to take our hard earned deposit money good thing we won against the rob off they wanted from the dispute.
