As a first-time renter, my partner and I were really pleased with the service we got from James Anderson but with particular focus on our letting agent Hugh Nicholson. As my partner and I were moving to London, we were able to get some really good advice from Hugh with regard to area's best for us and budgeting. Hugh was also up front with the fee's and there were no hidden costs.

I feel we were very fortunate to not get a sales pitch from Hugh when we were viewing the properties but instead some really good advice that wasn't angled to securing another tenant. Hugh was with us every step of the process and not annoyed to answer any of my questions (and I had many) even if they were on reflection probably quite obvious.
