I had some dealings with Sam and Jonathan with regard to the sale of a flat. They were the best agents I have ever dealt with: very knowledgeable about the market and the conveyancing process, attentive and always kept me informed of developments. They were willing to go the extra mile and were extremely hard-working and determined to do the best for the client.

I particularly liked the fact that they were able to think outside of the box and were supportive and calming during stressful patches. Alexanders' terms are fair and reasonable with no horrible hidden catches and this firm is a credit to the estate agency business. I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you very much Sam and Jonathan.

We are currently renting a flat that was found through Alexanders. They (Sam in particular) made the process very simple and kept me informed throughout, and they were very patient with us when we had delays caused by another estate agent. My only complaint is the inability to sign digitally, especially for guarantors who had to travel a significant distance to sign. If we could have used DocuSign or similar for the guarantors, that would have been very helpful!

We had to find a new flat to rent in the area at short notice. Sam was really helpful and great when it came to viewings, negotiations with the landlord and our requests. From the moment we walked through the door of Alexanders looking to rent a flat temporarily I noted the obviously above average service we were given. The staff were solicitous, understanding, patient and very professional throughout. We were inspecting suitable properties within an hour of our first visit. Based on this experience, particularly when compared to the other agents we visited at the same time in the area (I think we visited most of them in West Hampstead during this process), I opted to appoint Alexanders as the sole agent for the sale of my flat.

This was the best decision I could have made as things turned out. Both I, as the seller, and the buyer (who regretted not having chosen Alexanders once it became clear how efficient they were compared to their agent), were immensely impressed with the personal service, advice and expertise Alexanders showed throughout the sale. As I live overseas and could not be present throughout the process, I relied on Alexanders not only to find a buyer and complete the sale but also to handle oversight of the renovation and cleaning of the flat before it went on the market.

I was delighted with the personal service when i bought my flat in West Hampstead. They showed me a range of properties until I found one that suited my needs. In contrast to some of the other local agents.no names.they were always helpful, never pushy and guided me through the whole process including negotiating a fair price. They're a nice bunch of people with whom I feel I have a continuing relationship. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. If or when I come to move again they will be first on my list.

I've used Alexanders as an estate agent for a flat purchase, and then letting it and finally selling it. They've been great every time. Reuben is brilliant to deal with, organised, up-front and honest. We chose to return to them when we sold because we'd been so impressed with the way they'd dealt with us when we bought the flat. Really recommended (and the photographer they use will make your home look really fab!).

They are Criminals full stop. They are the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to come across. They directly lie to tenants, even when presented with evidence contrary to their false stories. They deceive, lie and refuse to carry out basic repairs to maintain basic health and safety. They have no honour or dignity and are the most blatant criminals I have ever seen.

Particular highlights include - screening calls because they know you need a repair but are refusing to act; lying to your face and even calling you a liar for presenting evidence of their deceptive behaviour; harassing tenants and attempting unlawful eviction. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
