A holding deposit of 1 week's rent; this will be refunded or can be set off against the main tenancy deposit. But it can be withheld by us if you give us misleading information as to your offer or circumstances; if you fail a Right to Rent check; if you withdraw from a property or fail to take reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement. A tenancy deposit equivalent to 5 weeks' rent (6 weeks if rent is more than 50k pa). A payment of up to 50 inc. VAT to alter the tenancy agreement, when requested by a tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
