One of our experienced sales team will carry out a full market appraisal of your property and agree an Asking Price that you are happy with. We prepare a comprehensive set of written details for your property including photographs & floor plans. We can arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be carried out if there is not already one on the property (Charged separately).

Other payments, permitted under appropriate legislation, including damages. The agent is a member of The Property Ombudsman Limited, which is a redress scheme, and Client Money Protect.
