I strongly recommend Louise, Alex and the whole team at Brices. I have rented through them for some years and recently sold my home through them. Louise and her team really understand the complexities of buying and selling in Brunswick Square. They know the quirks of the diversity of properties and their myriad layouts; from basements to balconies. Having engaged another estate agent who I had hoped might leverage their strong London connects, I realised that what I really needed was expertise in selling what it means to own and live in such a landmark location. Alex and Louise were great, from the first point of contact to the last, relief soaked handover of keys. If you are looking to buy or sell in Brunswick Square you will find no agent better equipped to advise nor with greater knowledge than Brices.
